Review: Olive Oil, the saver for any skin type!

It's been so long huh? I haven't written anything on this blog ;p
I am so damn busy with my work-things and Projects. But anyhoo, I finally have little time to write on my blog. Yay! So, like I said, I am so Goddamn busy with my project, I barely don't have anytime for my self :(. So I was struggling to find a perfect way to manage my skin health.

And, one of my solution is OLIVE OIL. Yes, Olive Oil. Yea yea I know that you might have read about this Olive Oil for looongggg time, so, I'm here only for giving you more persuasion :D

First thing about Olive Oil. It's Oil. *LOL
This doesn't mean that this Oil is not usable for oily skin type or combination skin type. Why is it so? Let's find out.

Based on any articles and books that I had read, I found out that our skin produce oil depends on what its needed. So this means, if you could make your skin moist enough, it will definitely won't produce much oil in your face. Thus, my first comment for anyone whom have an oily skin type: do moisturize your skin, because reducing its oil will only make your face more oily.
Anyway, what's the point between oily skin type and Olive Oil? So, here we go. The Olive Oil will help you REDUCE YOUR OIL. How?

I need you to prepare:
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil (As long as it's pure olive oil, any kind of its Brand and Type are fine, I use Bertolli Olive Oil, it's cheap, about Rp. 32K for 250 ml

How to:
1. Put oilve oil on your palm (Btw, it's fine to not cleansing your face first, since you will rinse this one later and since olive oil is one of the best makeup remover)
2. Rub onto your dry face, massage it thoroughly. Feel the moist of the oil absorbed on your skin.
3. Let it for about 5 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with luke warm water until all of the oil removed

Somehow, it's kinda tricky to remove all of the exceeds oil. Here's the trick, you could tap on toner to remove it. Also, this is will refresh your skin. I do that all the time. And after that, you'll feel your skin moisturized, soft, and supple.

Do this for once a week. This therapy is very good for every type of skin. For more booming effect, you could add honey (some of people prefer organic honey to regular honey, but I found it's still good enough to use regular honey). Honey will work as antiseptic, and it's very good as home made remedy.

Anyway, back to Olive Oil. Beside to use the Oil as mask, you could use this as salad dressing as well, and this is super healthy for your body, especially for whom is doing a diet.

Review: Surkran Under-eye Golden Masker

I'm gonna give you all the second review for today. And after talked about foods, let's back to skin care.

Surkran Golden Eye Mask

I got the Surkran Under-eye Golden Mask for free from my order at my fave OL shop. I had abandoned this stuff for quite long time. Then, few days ago, I had tried it on (finally).

First, I think it's not a quite well-known brand. I've seen it before, but I had never found any review about this golden mask before. So, I took the risk to use this product.

Here's the picture for the product. It's a small package anyway. Contained 2 mask for each of your eye. With jelly-like texture, I guessed this is a soft mask. After I cleansed my face, I put this baby down right under my eye. My suggestion is put it on the refrigerator first for better relaxation. I don't exactly know how many times it should be there under my eyes. But, like every mask I've ever using, I'd made it for 10-15 minutes.

So, the golden mask is literally gold! It contains glittery things that I guess make your under-eye skin looked bright.


Maybe you'll wonder, how we put this on our skin? Here's the pic of me (LOL) using the golden eye mask.

(Darn, I looked fat LOL :D) Anyway, after 10-15 minutes of using this mask. I released this mask and felt that my under eye skin looks very bright and golden (seriously). No more panda eyes. So, I was happy with the result untill......

I felt the itchy thing arround my cheek (since the mask almost covered my cheek). So, I took a mirror then really shocked with that I've found! I found that my cheek had been starting to produce a blemish. Also, pimples and lot of small bumps. I barely cried. So, I washed my face with luke warm water to recover the blemishes, pimples, and small bumps. And then, I was going to sleep. But, berofe I went to sleep, I put an Apple AC theraphy Sleeping pack from Baviphat since I knew it will reduce my skin troubles.


And THANK GOD, It was disappear in the next morning. Don't believe it? Believe it!Still don't belive it? Try on...hehehehe...



So, here's my quick review:

Overall: ** out of ***** for blemishes and pimples :(
